Q.  I am unable to add products to my cart.  The browser just spins and then times out.  How can I fix this?
A.  Due to massive updates to pretty much every browser in existence to comply with security upgrades required by Google, some browser updates will require you to frequently perform full/complete cache clears.  It is also a great idea to keep your browser up to date as updates are pushed on a continual basis.  We highly recommend GOOGLE CHROME for shopping ACW and getting the best user experience.
 
REWARDS
  Q.  I noticed "rewards" notifications in my account but I am not getting points on my purchase.  How can I get my rewards points?
  A.  ACW has recently launched a fantastic rewards program!  In order to take part all you need to do is register with ACW!  Then when you are ready to make a purchase, just log into your account to start earning every time you spend!  When you are ready to spend your points, simply log in, go to the first page of checkout and redeem your points toward any purchase.  Its that easy.  There are other ways to earn points too.  Our rewards explainer page is coming soon!
 
SHIPPING
  Q:  How much is shipping?
  A:  Please go through checkout to get your shipping rate for your specific order. We apologize that customer service is not able to quote shipping rates.
 
  Q.  I want free shipping.  How can I get everything I buy sent for free?
  A.  Easy peesy...if you are shipping inside the USA, just spend $100 on product and we will ship it FREE!  Don't want to spend $100?  Ok then don't...go to the store and get it.  Remember, gas...parking....your time...oh and the best part....waiting in line...none of that is free people!   
 
Q: How long until my order arrives?
 
A: We ship really fast, except on weekends (sorry about that). Hours of shipping operations are M-TH 7 am to 5 pm (excluding US holidays). The last shipping pick up each week is Thursday at 11 am. So orders placed by Thursday at 8am Pacific time will go out that same day. Orders received after that will ship the following Monday. [br] [br] Economy Service is provided by USPS and they are not exactly consistent on delivery times. [br] [br] Economy (USA): 3-10 Economy (International): 2-12 weeks (Varies greatly by destination. Q: What happens if I put the wrong address on my order?
 
A: First, why don't you know your own address?  Once you realize you have either entered the wrong address or if you are using Paypal, and Paypal gave us one of your old addresses that you have not yet changed, email us immediately!

If the parcel has already left us, there is not much we can do until the parcel comes back. That is unless you have opted for Fed Ex shipping service. We are able to call Fed Ex in most cases and have your parcel rerouted (but that is not free, so please give us the right address the first time). In short, use the right address and double check it before you click submit.
 
PRODUCT INQUIRY
  Q. The product I purchased says "tester" on it.  Does that mean its been tested?
 
  A.  NO!  We would never sell you a used tester.  That would just be YUCKY!  As our policies state, some of the items we sell will be marked with a tester sticker or label.  All of our testers are new and never used or tested.  Testers are the same as the retail item.  In many cases, the same size and packaging.  However they were created to be used as     testers on the store level.  We sell only those testers that are brand new and never used or tested.  We do our best to note when a product is a tester unit in the items description.  
 
COUPON CODES:
  Q. The Coupon Code I am trying to use is coming up Invalid.  What am I doing wrong?  
 
  A.  Only one coupon code can be used per order.  The most common mistake when entering coupon codes is attempting to apply them to non applicable products.  Please make sure the coupon code you are using applies to at least one product in your cart. Also, if you are a     registered user and have saved your cart from your last visit without checking out, please click the "remove coupon" button before applying a new one.  Saved coupon codes will prevent new ones from working.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING
Q: Are your prices in US Dollars?
 
A: Yes all prices on ACW are published in US Dollars.  Please be aware that if you are paying via international credit card/bank transfer or other non US account, you may incur conversion/exchange fees by your bank.
 
 
Q: How long until my order arrives?

Q: I am an international customer. Can you claim my parcel as a gift?
 
A: Sorry we are not able to claim a parcel as a gift.  Why you ask?  Um...its illegal folks.
 
Q: I am an international customer. Will you pay my duties and taxes?
 
A: I am sorry that you have to pay taxes on what you buy from us. We wish we could help with those, but we can not cover import duties or taxes on your purchases AND keep our prices low at the same time.  Please don't tell us about the "other site" that pays those for you.  Look at their prices!  Clearly you paid them yourselves in their insanely inflated prices!  We're just sayin....
 
Q: I am an international customer and I have not received my order. What can I do?
 
  A: Great news! When you use Fed Ex shipping (cause they ROCK) and select the optional insurance (its free by the way), we will gladly refund you the total value of your order including shipping! Due to the delay in claim processing with Fed Ex, your refund may take up to 90 days to process.

  Not so great news! When using any economy or USPS shipping service, unfortunately a lost parcel can not be refunded or replaced. Why? Because you did not insure it, so we didn’t either.

We understand that insuring your parcel will cost you more in import taxes. You just need to decide what you want more:
1. An insured parcel that if lost will be resent or refunded but with higher import taxes. OR 2. An uninsured parcel, risking loss, but lower import taxes if it does reach you.
It’s your call. It is quite rare that a parcel is lost, but it does happen and when it’s you…it’s NOT fun.
